Return Conditions — If the product does not operate as advertised, or does not behave in an satisfactory manner, a return will be accepted and refund your money or put the refund towards a different product.

The part must be in resalable condition for a full refund or full exchange, parts with scuffs, dings and other damage will qualify for a lower refund or exchange value. The shipping cost is not refundable. The return must be properly packaged with full padded wrapping as it was originally shipped. Returns damaged through return shipping because of improper packing may be subject to a reduced refund.

Payment — All amounts are in US dollars. Orders paid by Paypal, cashier's checks and money orders are shipped as soon as possible after payment is recieved, usually the next business day. Orders paid by business or personal checks are shipped after the check clears. The new web store accepts Paypal, Visa and Mastercard.

Shipping Terms — DM-Accessories reserves the right to not ship to an alternate address. Please email if an alternate address is needed this. Domestic orders are generally shipped the same or next business day after payment clears. International orders may take an extra business day for the extra handling and paperwork.
